On 29th June 2004 National Information Day on European Satellite Navigation System Galileo was held in Warsaw. The conference was addressed to the sectors that are most interested in the development of satellite navigation – scientific centers, companies and public authorities. The programme consisted of 2 main parts – presentation of the system (by a representative of Galileo Joint Undertaking) and its practical applications and presentation of possibilities of obtaining financial support for concrete projects.
